Cheviot Tamarisk
Tamarisk was a pure bred connemara who stood at 14.2hh. She was an all-rounder, taking on eventing, dressage, showing, pony club, hunting and common ridings. Three members of the family learned on and competed with her over the years and have many fond memories. When she put her mind to it Tamarisk excelled at dressage, but her true passion was jumping. She jumped over a metre with ease and kept placing at competitions well into her twenties!
Tamarisk had five foals, Amethyst, Sapphire, Rose Quartz, Cornelian and the stallion Garnet.
